Happy May Day....I think?

Today is May 1...I think.  I woke up to the sound of rain....followed by SNOW!!!   I guess we are in a winter weather advisory until 4 a.m.  It has been snowing most of the day and as the snow has been increasing so was my level of dread of running on the treadmill.  I really hate running on the treadmill!  I get so bored!! I have tried watching movies and TV  but I really need to focus on what I am doing and find that they are a little too distracting.  Not to mention an incident of watching an episode of Lost at the gym and something jumped out on the screen and I jumped and almost fell off the treadmill along with having a heart attack!!  So anyway, this is my attempt at writing in my blog?   What do you think?  Below is the song that was playing on my iPod the last few minutes when I was trying to finish my run.  I hope it inspires you as much as it did me!

3% Incline Run (2 minutes)
10 Lunge Jumps
15 Burpees with push-up
20 Russian Twists
20 Speed Jumping Jacks
